It was very interesting and educational Tutors Mitra and Anne created the scenes and engaged participants in very live scenarios (dramatized). They were able to captivate the group’s attention and made it very relevant and intriguing. Awesome overall. As a suggestion maybe intervals of showing scenarios on video as well can be a possible option.

The instructors used a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and group discussions, to ensure that everyone understood the material.I left the course feeling confident in my ability to handle emergency situations. The instructors provided us with plenty of practice opportunities, so we felt comfortable applying the skills we had learned. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain valuable first aid knowledge and skills.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Coast2Coast First Aid/CPR. I recently attended a CPR, AED Level C, and Standard First Aid class, and it was an excellent experience. The instructor, Scott, was absolutely amazing. He demonstrated incredible expertise, had outstanding skills, and delivered the training in a way that was both highly engaging and enjoyable. His great sense of humor and dynamic teaching style made it easy to stay focused and absorb everything we were learning.Despite the class being eight hours long, the time flew by thanks to how captivating and interactive Scott made it. I truly appreciated his ability to make such an important and potentially overwhelming subject feel approachable and memorable.I highly recommend this training to anyone considering it. It’s not only worth the investment, but also an enjoyable and enriching experience. I walked away with valuable skills and had a great time learning them.

When an emergency strikes, you may find yourself all of a sudden in a situation out of a disaster film, and the difference between a happy ending and a tragedy may just depend on your knowledge of CPR. When a person stops breathing as a result of drowning, suffocation, or physical trauma (and the hundred other things that can cause this condition), the ambulance will not make it there in mere minutes, which is often all the time you have to revive your loved one. Our first aid and CPR training Canada can give you the confidence you need in situations where every second counts.

  • What is CPR, and what does it do?
  • When is it needed?
  • How is CPR performed?
  • Do you know what to do when someone needs CPR?

The highest percentage of cardiac arrest cases occur at home and in the workplace, which is no surprise since people spend most of their time in those two places. No matter how close the nearest hospital is, the ambulance might not arrive in time, so having someone around who is trained in CPR can make all the difference.

CPR stands for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, which is a treatment administered when a person is not breathing or not breathing normally. The direct goal of this treatment is to keep oxygenated blood reaching the person’s brain. When someone needs CPR, they really need it.

At Coast2Coast, we offer three levels of First Aid training Canada:

  • Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C
  • Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C
  • Marine Basic First Aid & CPR/AED Level C

First Aid training is often a requirement for careers or school programs. Depending on your field, you may need to complete a specific course. Confirm what is required with your employer or counsellor.

Mobile Swimming is a great way to learn how to swim in the comfort of your home! If you own a pool or have a community centre with open pool hours, we can send one of our experienced swim instructors to you. Choose a time and date that works best with your schedule! Simply send us an inquiry to get started.
