I would like to say he is very professional, sharing tons of his practical and key experiences regarding to the CPR and First Aid not just limited to the course materials. I love that. Had a great fun as well. I really recommend to follow him.Until now I find it’s impossible to give multiple reviews to one particular business or agency on Google Review. I have to give my review second time following the preview one two years ago. This time when I tried to get Basic Life Support Certificate from Coast2Coast Scarborough in Dec 1, 2024, I came across an instructor named Anne Klausner who is really excellent in her teaching. Not only did she explain all the required course contents, she also shared some key and very practical hands-on experience that are somewhat variant but quite reasonable in first aid situations. She tried to make every participant understand how we initiate the first aid in the emergency and then go through the whole process as well as why those actions are taken, rather than simply delivering the course for the certificate purpose. In a word, Anne is an awesome instructor, and I’m very glad to take her class at Coast2Coast Scarborough.
