Instructor Positions:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor - American Red Cross
We are looking for highly motivated Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructors to begin their employment/contract for our Public and Private Training Courses in Los Angeles, CA.

As a Customer Service Representatives you must:
- Take inbound calls, helping customers purchase a product or service or alter their bookings.
- Provides quality service that will exceed customer expectations.
- Drive Customer satisfaction through voice, chat and/or email communications
- Can simultaneously navigate and update multiple online tools and applications.
- Meet or exceed all performance metric goals for the program.
- Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to save customers.
- Ability to balance customer service skills with retention and sales.
- Stay up-to-date on all communications, processes, procedures
- Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge, including promoting and servicing.
Skills and Qualifications:
- MINIMUM of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Previous call center experience would be an asset.
- Previous customer retention experience is an asset.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone.
- Ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities & temperaments.
- Ability to multi-task by simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer customers while entering data.
Required Skills should include:

Terms & Conditions
To earn the Signing Bonus:
- The candidate must complete a minimum agreed-upon amount of work days per month for a minimum of three (3) months
- The candidate must start teaching within the month of signing his/her contract
- The candidate has successfully completed his/her orientation with Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics Inc.
