I recently had the opportunity to participate in an Emergency First Aid and CPR training course, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their emergency preparedness skills. The training was not only comprehensive but also incredibly engaging and hands-on, ensuring that participants left feeling confident in their ability to respond to real-life emergencies.Here’s what stood out:Knowledgeable InstructorsThe instructors were highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in emergency care. They explained concepts clearly and shared real-world examples that made the training relatable and easy to understand.Interactive and Practical ApproachThe course emphasized hands-on practice, allowing participants to perform CPR on mannequins, practice bandaging wounds, and simulate emergency scenarios. This interactive approach ensured that we weren't just learning theory but also applying it effectively.Comprehensive CurriculumThe training covered a wide range of topics, including recognizing and responding to medical emergencies, performing CPR, using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), treating burns, and handling choking incidents. This breadth of coverage left me feeling well-equipped for various emergency situations.Focus on Confidence BuildingOne of the course's greatest strengths was its ability to build confidence. The repetitive practice of key techniques and the supportive learning environment helped participants feel prepared to take action in stressful situations.Certification and Lifesaving SkillsUpon completion, I received a certification valid for a specific period, which adds credibility to my knowledge. Beyond the certification, the skills learned are genuinely lifesaving, providing the ability to assist others in critical moments.Overall, the Emergency First Aid and CPR training was an invaluable experience. I highly recommend this training for everyone, regardless of profession or background—it could make all the difference in an emergency.

Training at location north off Steeles Ave and west of Yonge St. Penny Finnigan ran a fantastic first aid and cpr/AED re-certification course. The day and skills covered was very thorough, well planned, comfortable, and she made me feel like I got even a more solid grasp of the information and skills even though I have done my qualifications a few time In the past. Penny made it fun and relaxing while at the same time, comfortable to discuss and ask any questions, and ensures that we were accurately doing what was needed. I would easily sign up for future courses if Penny was the instructor. She clearly enjoys being an instructor and providing a quality program for those attending.

I have attended the CPR certification training recently and it was excellent. Instructor Mohamed Ezz was knowledgeable and supportive, offering clear demonstrations and hands-on practice. The course covered essential life-saving techniques, including chest compressions, rescue breaths, and AED use. The small class size allowed for personalized attention, and I feel confident in my ability to respond during emergencies.

Today I had my standard first aid and CPR/AED training with Mohammed Ezz. He was an amazing instructor with a very positive attitude and engaged the class at which kept us entertained and attentive!! Thank you Ezz!!

Happy birthday to my instructor, Mohamed Ezz! He’s an energetic and knowledgeable teacher who made learning first aid both fun and informative. His clear explanations and real-life examples helped us understand the material thoroughly. I’m grateful for his guidance and feel much more confident in my skills thanks to him!

It was very interesting and educational Tutors Mitra and Anne created the scenes and engaged participants in very live scenarios (dramatized). They were able to captivate the group’s attention and made it very relevant and intriguing. Awesome overall.As a suggestion maybe intervals of showing scenarios on video as well can be a possible option.

I recently took the 2-day Standard First Aid course at Coast2Coast First Aid/CPR in Scarborough, and it was an exceptional experience! The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and engaging. They created a supportive and fun learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating in hands-on activities.The course itself was comprehensive and well-structured. We covered a wide range of topics, from basic first aid principles to advanced trauma care. The instructors used a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and group discussions, to ensure that everyone understood the material.I left the course feeling confident in my ability to handle emergency situations. The instructors provided us with plenty of practice opportunities, so we felt comfortable applying the skills we had learned. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain valuable first aid knowledge and skills.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Coast2Coast First Aid/CPR. The instructors were top-notch, the course was informative and engaging, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I recently attended a CPR, AED Level C, and Standard First Aid class, and it was an excellent experience. The instructor, Scott, was absolutely amazing. He demonstrated incredible expertise, had outstanding skills, and delivered the training in a way that was both highly engaging and enjoyable. His great sense of humor and dynamic teaching style made it easy to stay focused and absorb everything we were learning.Despite the class being eight hours long, the time flew by thanks to how captivating and interactive Scott made it. I truly appreciated his ability to make such an important and potentially overwhelming subject feel approachable and memorable.I highly recommend this training to anyone considering it. It’s not only worth the investment, but also an enjoyable and enriching experience. I walked away with valuable skills and had a great time learning them.

Walaa gave an amazing experience today during my STANDARD FIRST AID CPR-C/AED.

My instructor Walaa was great! Very attentive and took time to help me run through specifically my concerns on what to do if baby/child is choking. She answered all my questions. She was also funny and had great energy!

Great experience with a wonderful instructor (Anna K.) whose her explanation very clear and a small group of students. The location is a little bit hard to spot due to lacking of any signboard, but there is free parking space. Totally recommend this location and the instructor!

Just did my first aid and cpr this week and it could have been any easier! Adel my instructor was great took his time and explained everything throughly, helping when it came down to the written exam.
