Coast2Coast is a First Aid and CPR/AED company committed to saving lives and helping everyone in Toronto to be able to do so. Our Downtown Toronto location offers a large sample of courses at our training facility in the Downtown area near Bathurst/Bloor right next to the Bloor/Danforth Subway Line. Practice & Theory Through Physical Exercises
We strongly believe that practical skill testing and learning theory throughout the physical exercises is the best method for our participants to fully learn CPR/AED and First Aid. Everyone practices on a mannequin for CPR, as well as using an automated external defibrillator on our test dummies. With Standard First Aid, everyone will get a chance to practice wrapping bandages correctly with other participants under the instructor’s supervision for exact results.
Home To First Responder and Emergency Medical Responder Courses
Additionally, with our basic CPR/AED and First Aid courses, our Downtown Toronto location is also home to our First Responder and Emergency Medical Responder courses. These courses are designed for those who are a part of, or want to become a part of, many occupations in the healthcare and care preventative fields such as firefighters, police officers, medical responders, paramedics, EMTs, and employees in other high-risk industries. Our attendees will learn basics about circulation and breathing emergencies to advanced topics such as sudden medical emergencies and injuries to the head and/or spine. Like our basic CPR/AED and First Aid courses, we offer many hands-on scenarios, where we focus on performing the skills correctly and using realistic practical sessions to maximize the best ability of healthcare and medical protection.
