The training at Coast2Coast First Aid/CPR – Kitchener was awesome. The instructor was super friendly and explained things in a really simple way. We learned how to do CPR, use an AED, and handle choking, burns, and cuts. I liked how we got to practice a lot on the manikins—it made me feel more confident. The class was small, so we got personal attention, and the instructor gave helpful tips from real-life situations. The training room was clean and had all the equipment we needed. I feel ready to help in an emergency now. I’d totally recommend this course!

Something to be said about getting together as a group and learning together. Rohail is an excellent instructor. You can tell he knows his stuff and he explains things clearly so that it makes sense. everyone was very engaged and made for a good day of learning.

Azra was very professional very knowledgable very helpful in her class very understanding in every concept of the class for 8 hrs of her being in the classI think Ministry of transport of Ontario should At the first aid class in driver Licence to make it Mandatory for everyone to do this class in Canada very helpful very knowledgable in your everyday life

Our CPR course on February 1st,2025 went wonderful. We learned lot of things from our instructor AZRA. She is so hard working and knowledgeable.

During CPR training, I learned the essential skills, like performing chest compressions and using an AED. The hands-on practice was really helpful. I now feel more confident and prepared to step in if I ever find myself in a situation where someone needs urgent help. It was a valuable experience, and I think everyone should have this basic life-saving knowledge.

BLS Course – Instructor Ezz – taught material well, added interesting and relevant anecdotes

Ezz was my instructor for BLS, and I had a great experience. He constantly gave positive feedback and helpful tips, he worked one on one with each of his students, and even got us laughing by the end of the course. I had a great time and learned so much.
