Took the first aid certification after a 5 years hiatus. Despite the overwhelming amount of information crammed into 8 hours, Saika managed to present it in a very practical and efficient way. Would like to especially mention, Walaa, the instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and explained the material clearly. Entertained all of our questions with patience and expertise. The hands-on practice helped build my confidence in responding to emergencies. The course was well organized, informative, and provided valuable life-saving skills that everyone should learn.
