I recently completed a first aid training course here, and it was an outstanding experience! The facilities were clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed. My instructor, Rohail, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire course engaging and interactive. He took the time to ensure everyone understood each skill thoroughly, making us all feel confident and prepared. Rohail’s passion for teaching first aid truly stood out, and I left feeling empowered to handle emergency situations. Highly recommend this place and Rohail as an instructor for anyone looking to learn first aid!

My instructor was Anne klausner , she was very knowledgeable and explained the material step by step and made sure everyone understands . It was a great 4 hrs session and I learned a lot .

I attended standard first aid level C this past weekend and the instructor Magda was amazing! She was knowledgeable, energetic, funny and certainly made the training much more enjoyable.

Ezz is the best first aid/CPR instructor I’ve had so far.. He is extremely knowledgeable and engaging!

Took my SFA & AED recertification with Anne, could not recommend the course more! She was so personable, engaging, and dynamic as an instructor. I felt engaged and encouraged throughout the whole day, and the stories and anecdotes she told really help the information stick in your brain. Particularly loved the way she contextualized everything we were learning in terms of specific regulations, situations, and legalities in the everyday of Ontario, and where to access more resources when necessary (mental health hotlines, getting a tick tested for Lyme disease, how to safely dispose of expired medications, etc.). Absolutely the best training course I’ve taken (of all the times I’ve had to recertify) and I’m looking forward to seeing her again in three years!

It was a fun class. Even thought it was 8 hours class, we didn’t feel bored at all. We laughed and learned many things.
