I took standard first aid training with Instructor Anne Klausner today, and the experience was amazing. Anne is professional, knowledgeable and experienced that she makes the content very engaging and allows me to pay attention to some details and facts that the online module wouldn’t illustrate well enough (on top that she presented the information in a clear, and organized way). Anne made sure everyone get to ask questions, keep up with our skills during the lecture, and made the environment comfortable! The pace is steady and chill, we got couple of breaks with a lunch break. The quality of the instructions is perfect, but the only suggestion for improvement will be the spacing, and equipments. Whoever made the schedule, didn’t consider all of us sharing a common space in a limited area, and limited resources (we have 17 peers in the room and the AC was a bit too cold and we can’t control it unfortunately). However, Anne solves this issue by making us to pair up and take turns to make sure everyone gets to participate, and I can see another possible methods from my peers. Anne is very supportive the whole time! Lastly, I’ll recommend to take this course with her again!!!

Amazing experience, Samir (apologies if the name is wrong) the instructor was super helpful and made me feel more confident when moving forward with my program in ECE, had an amazing sense of humour & answered all questions asked even if I felt they were silly. Would 10/10 recommend getting first aid here
